At this point in the process, the moisture content of the cured paper leaving the forming zone is 80% to 84%.

It has the advantages of long service life, wear resistance, anti-aging, low net consumption, and anti-fatigue.
According to the weaving type, polyester forming fabrics can be divided into the 4-shed single-layer fabric, 5-shed single-layer fabric, 8-shed single-layer fabric, 8-shed double-layer fabric, sixteen-shed 2.5 layer fabric, twenty-four-shed triple-layer fabric, etc.

The 4-shed and 5-shed series single-layer polyester forming fabrics are suitable for making single-glue, double-glue, color rubber and other cultural paper, printing paper, glossy paper, packaging paper, ordinary newsprint, etc. Suitable for ordinary Fourdrinier paper machines.
1.5 Layer Forming Fabric
The 8-shed series single-layer polyester forming fabric is suitable for making paper bag paper, kraft paper, cardboard paper, corrugated paper and other large-quantity packaging paper and general printing paper. Suitable for ordinary Fourdrinier paper machines.
Double Layer Forming Fabric
The 8-shed series double-layer polyester forming fabric is suitable for making high-end printing paper such as dictionary paper, offset printing paper, newsprint, forming paper, tissue paper and board paper surface stock, lining stock, core stock, base stock, etc. Suitable for medium and high-speed paper machines.
2.5 Layer Forming Fabric
The 16-shed series 2.5 layer polyester forming fabric is suitable for making offset printing book paper, copperplate base paper, newsprint, cigarette paper series (forming paper, filter tip paper) and other high-end printing paper, toilet paper, tissue paper and white cardboard, cattle The surface pulp, lining pulp, core pulp and bottom pulp of cardboard and other board paper. Suitable for medium and high-speed paper machines.
