Description
The Linear Screen Mesh Belt Cloth is a screening system that removes wood fiber, trash, and oversize particles from slurried, processed ores. It is competent in removing particles between 150 and 2000 microns, and is used successfully in pre-leach and inter-stage screening, mill-circuit screening, carbon recovery/scalping, oversize recovery, and as a safety screen for thickeners and other sensitive process equipment.
With their precisely defined mesh openings, Linear Screen Mesh Belt Cloth made of polyester are for example used in the filtration of cooling lubricants in the metal processing industry, remove wood fiber and tramp oversize from milled gold slurries, where they guarantee high separation efficiency and optimum filtration effects, even without using filtration aids.
