Polyester linear screen mesh belts are usually used in the drying process of food production, but the polyester mesh belt itself does not have a supporting effect. If we want to support the product during processing, we need to install a support rod under the belt. Before PFM Screen did not produce polyester mesh belts with rod pockets, the factory usually used cable ties to secure the chain poles and belts together.
PFM Screen's engineers innovatively designed and implemented a retrofit of an existing loom. Currently, the first batch of polyester mesh belts has been successfully used in puffed food processing plants.
